One of My Favorite Ways to Get Cool After a Round of Golf in Great Falls

Most of you know my love of the game of golf.  Or as my wife refers to it, "The Addiction" when I have weekend tee times instead of silly things like doing a project she has been asking me about for weeks, or months in some cases.

All that aside, the point is I tend to golf a lot with the summer being so short in Montana.  And oftentimes, especially these last couple of weeks, have been a little, ahem, warmish, to say the least.  But a big slice of watermelon after the round can make it so much better, and cooler.

It just so happened that after my round earlier this week and temperatures around the 95 degrees area I popped into the grocery store on my way home.  Upon walking in, stacks of pre-cut watermelon were staring at me.  Serving themselves up like the breakfast ball I needed earlier in the day.
